OTHER LINING MATERIALS
POLYURETHANE
Polyurethane offers great impact and abrasion resistance for the toughest applications. A unique blend of plastic and rubber, polyurethane combines characteristics from both materials, providing you with a long lastic liner that will save equipment from wear and damge, reduce noise, resist chemicals and corrosion and performs great in low-temperature.
TIVAR H.O.T
Formulated to maintain key performance properties in an extended temperature range, TIVAR H.O.T will excel in a variety of industrial manufacturing environments where temperatures range up to 275°F, nearly 100° higher than competing UHMW-PE formulations.
TIVAR ESD
In addition to the flow promoting properties of TIVAR88, TIVAR ESD offers enhanced UV Protection and Electro Static Dissipation properties. Making it perfect for handling fine, sticky and statically charged materials.
TIVAR1000 - UHMW-PE
TIVAR 1000 sets the standard for engineered polymers with a unique combination of wear and corrosion resistance, low-friction surface, and impact strength. The material is resitant to chemical corrosion and moisture absorption, and retais key physical properties to -200°C. TIVAR1000 is a cost-effective option for food handling applications.
TIVAR CERAM-P
For high-load, high-speed and severe sliding abrasion applications, TIVAR CERAM-P is THE ideal material. It's enhanced tensile strength and wear resistance have been successful in the lumber, paper, steel, and mining industries. Composed of Virgin UHMW-PE and premium high-strength additives, TIVAR CERAM-P is a shatter resistant alternative to Sintered Ceramics.
MACH-1 UHMPE
Mach-1 UHMPE combines wear resistance, low-friction, corrosion resistance and impact strength in a cost effective sheet. Mach-1 retains key physical properties in sub-zero temperatures and is resistant to chemical attack. Mach-1 is a member of the UHMPE resin family. It is a high-impact, low-friction polymer that mimics PTFE for a fraction of the cost.
MATERIAL FLOW ANALYSIS
The first step to a successful liner system is understanding the flow issue and identifying its contributing factors. Our team will analyze the physical properties of the bulk material, the geometry of your bin, and it’s environmental surroundings to best understand how we can improve material flow rates and patterns in your assembly.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Plastruct Polyzone is ISO:9001:2015 certified in regards to our quality management program. Meaning you can rest assured that your liner has been machined and fabricated with care and precision to custom fit your equipment.
ENGINEERING & DESIGN
With an understanding of the flow issue in question our engineering team will design and create working drawings for a custom liner system to be fit and fastened in your substrate with precision.
INSTALLATION & KITS
We offer a professional install crew to ensure your liner is installed quickly and properly, minimizing production down time and ensuring a quality end result. We also offer kits to be installed by your team. Custom machined and including fasteners & hardware, we are with you every step of the way to help you succeed.
CUSTOM FABRICATION
Our production facility is generously outfitted with, but not limited to, large CNC Router tables, polymer butt-welders, polymer benders and a skilled staff to operate. With a broad range of capabilities we are able to fabricate liners for even the most complex geometric bins, chutes, or hoppers.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
To protect your return on investment and ensure a long service life, keeping your liner properly maintained is an important step. We provide a comprehensive guide on proactive maintenance and how to prevent repairs. We provide on-site service in the event repairs are needed.
