Using advanced polymers, plastic gears are able to be used in a more diverse range of applications than metal gears. Plastic gears are also better at dissipating energy shocks that would typically damage metal gears. Due to their energy dissipation, plastic gears produce less noise allowing for a quieter working environment. Most plastic gears are also lightweight and self lubricating, allowing for reduced power requirements and less maintenance.

Our industrial sized panel saw makes large cutting jobs a breeze. Ideal for accurately ripping large orders of strips or other cut to size pieces. Our panel saw helps us deliver large orders on time and with precision.
Using our polymer heat bender, we are able to create unique shapes or profiles without compromising the material strength by cutting and welding to achieve a similar effect.
POLYMER BUTT WELDING
Our butt welding capabilities allow us to fuse multiple polymer sheets together to create custom oversized sheets or rolls. This allows us to tackle even the largest jobs.
POLYMER EXTRUSION WELDING
An polymer extrusion welding gun is a versatile tool used by Plastruct Polyzone in a range of applications from tank or slide repair to custom fabrications or prototyping.
