UHMW SHEETS

TIVAR1000 Virgin UHMW sets the standard for engineered polymers with a unique combination of wear/abrasion resistance along with a low-coefficient of friction. This food safe material has good resistance to moisture and chemicals and retains its key physical properties to -200°C.

This recycled product is great alternative to Virgin UHMW in applications NOT in food handling environments. This reprocessed UHMW sheet consists of regrind from the TIVAR UHMW Family of sheets and retains the physical properties of virgin UHMW at an economical price.

For high load, high speed, and severe sliding abrasion applications, TIVAR CERAM-P should be THE material of choice. It's high tensile strength and abrasion resistance have been successful in the lumber, paper, steel and agricultural industries. Composed of virgin UHMW and premium additives, TIVAR CERAM-P is a shatter resistant alternative to sintered ceramics.

In addition to the wear resistance and low-coefficient of friction of virgin UHMW, TIVAR ESD provides UV protection and electrostatic dissipative properties. Making TIVAR ESD a contender for applications handling very fine or sticky materials.
