Wear Guide/Rail
With a low coefficient of friction a UHMW wear rail will allow products or materials to slide by with ease and minimal friction, promoting a consistent rate of flow. The resistance to wear and abrasion allows a UHMW guide rail to outlast a steel counterpart while preventing wear damage to expensive equipment.
Drag Flights / Paddles
UHMW is an ideal material for replacement Drag Conveyor Flights/Paddles. With a low coefficient of friction UHMW paddles will resist sticking/clogging and outlast steel by many times. Its resistance to abrasion, chemicals and moisture means no rust or corrosion.
Chain Guides
UHMW chain guides can prevent damage to your equipment and prolong the service life of your chain assembly. UHMW's low coefficient of friction allows a chain to travel across its surface with ease and minimal wear while reducing power requirements and protecting the chain.
Bushings & Bearings
UHMW bushings & bearings can be used to replace steel for their enhanced ability to absorb shock or to become a sacrificial part and not damage or destroy other parts of the assembly. UHMW is corrosion and chemically resistant and can be used in a greater range of environments than metal.
Tube Clamp/Mount
Custom UHMW Tube Clamps/Mounts are a lightweight and economical replacement to steel clamps/mounts. With zero moisture absorption and sub-zero temperature capabilities, UHMW tube clamps/mounts will not rust over time.
Wear Pads
UHMW wear pads can be used as a sacrificial part in areas of repeated impact or slide abrasion. UHMW is lighter weight and will outlast a steel wear plate and will not corrode or rust overtime. The low coefficient of friction and lack of moisture absorption means virtually no sticking.
Outrigger Pads
UHMW is a great replacement for wood outrigger pads. The moisture resistance of UHMW mean UHMW outrigger pads will not rot or delaminate and will last for years in harsh working environments including sub-zero temperatures.
