Engineered Plastics are designed to be strong and durable. Each plastic has their own unique combination of strengths and weaknesses. The knowledgeable team at Plastruct Polyzone is able to assess your specific application and recommend the most appropriate material.
With a long resume of fabricating liquid sealed tanks, we employ skilled plastic welders and fabricators who produce high-quality and high-strength plastic welded joints. Once your fabrication is complete, it is handed off to our Quality Assurance department where it is water tested for 24hrs to ensure its ability to contain liquid.

Using chemical and corrosion resistant polymers, we are able to fabricate tanks used for storing, processing, mixing, or transporting either raw materials or finished chemical products. Please note, not all polymers resist all chemicals, please speak with the Plastruct Team to determine the most appropriate plastic.
With a variety of materials approved for food contact, we have a long history of fabricating custom tanks and bins for the food processing/handling and agricultural industries. Some common applications are; Food/liquid storage tanks, soak tanks, water tanks, harvest bins, irrigation tanks, mixing tanks, and brine tanks.

Our design and engineering team will work with you to choose the most appropriate material for your application and design and draw your tank to meet your required specifications. Once your design is approved our Polymer Welding & Fabrication team will assemble your tank and test it to ensure you receive a high-quality fabrication.

POLYMER TANK REPAIRS
Give a second life to your tank or other thermoformed plastics. Our Plastic Welding & Fabrication team use polymer extrusion welding guns to fix items from water or chemical tanks, municipal playground equipment, harvest bins and much more. Please keep in mind that not all plastics are weldable, please talk with one of our plastic welding experts to learn more about your repair.
