Polyurethane is available in sheet form or in belt-skirts to be used in conveyor systems. Sheets are available in plain black, fabric backed, expanded or solid metal backed and also as a high energy orange sheet.

More About Polyurethane

Polyurethane sheets are tough, resilient elastomeric urethane specifically designed for use in applications requiring abrasion resistance. Polyurethane is easily installed and comes recommended for use in material handling of any abrasive material including grain, soybeans, coal, taconite pellets, copper ore, phosphate rock, sand, gravel, salt and wood chips. Polyurethane can be custom cut and machined to fit hoppers and bins, chutes, and discharges on cement trucks for example.

Benefits of Polyurethane

Polyurethane offers great impact and abrasion resistance for the toughest applications.  A unique blend of plastic and rubber, polyurethane combines characteristics from both materials, providing you with a long lasting material that will save equipment wear and damage, reduce noise, resist chemicals and corrosion, and has excellent properties at low-temperatures.
